[bug] tweets still being truncated in 2.1.3.7

2.1.3 release notes claim "Whole tweets (140 chars) shown now". This is not true on my Xperia X, tweets still become truncated at a length of ~ 115 characters in events-view.
There seems to be a workaround in this thread: How to get more tweets to events view? but I still consider this behavior as a bug.
By the way; twitter has increased the maximum length of a tweet to 280 characters a few days ago.
I think the short view by default or as an option is good, but tapping a tweet should just toogle between full tweet and shortened view.
