keyboard layouts contribution tool
I noticed there are too few keyboard layouts in Sailfish OS, and people are making their own custom layouts. It would be nice if there were many layouts out of the box. In my opinion this minor things make us believe that Sailfish OS is a "not fully developed" OS. I understand and accept that this kind of minor things are low priority features and Jolla's developers focus are on other features. However I don't understand why this kind of thing can't be done by contributors. I think it is possible to give contributors a tool to make layouts by following some standard (license, fonts...) provided by Jolla and integrate them in OS. This question already discussed here in Dec 9 '15. What do you think, is it possible to provide such a tool? If yes, what makes it take so much time?
So you knowingly post a duplicate question, yet the post you point out already has 50+ votes and so you open another one?, this is not the way to do it - you could have followed up on the page you have linked.
