Cannot Change Permission Operation not Permitted.

I am getting an error, that pretty much doesnt allow me to set any permission level on my phone and SDCard even the nemo folder.

Anybody that has experienced that before and has a solution?

Yes, I have tried several times to do this and each attempt has failed miserably - suffice to say, I haven't bothered since. For some reason, it's something we cannot change - I don't know why.

It's not a bug. You don't have the permission to change permissions on this file.

How did you create the file?

Solution: In the same way you created the file you can alter the permission.
