Display a contact specific note on incoming call

Hi, it would be great if I could add a notice to contact I can not reach because he is busy, I am not able to make a phone call or whatever.
When the contact calls me later or I call the person the notice is displayed before I picking up the call or during dialing.
I had this feature on my WebOS phone, if I remember correctly and it was very useful in meetings or when the mobile network was not available.
