Transfer backup from F5121 to F5122
Will a backup from an Xperia X (F5121) to a Dual SIM Xperia X (F5122) device be imported without problems? Anyone successfully done that?
Thanks

I transfert my backup done on Aqua Fish to F5122 without any problem. I don't know why you would have any problem to do that. :)
Jolla Backup doesn't backup MMS images.
Maybe if you copy MMS images from old device to new one it will work. MMS images are stored in /home/nemo/Pictures/MMS.
@jiit can you tell us if will it work?

What kind of backup? dd, tar, Jolla backup from Settings?
lakutalo ( 2018-01-31 14:47:27 +0200 )edit@lakutalo A Jolla backup, yes.
Effectively, cloning the content without the need to sync or search for data, accounts, contacts, notes, messages, history of calls and all about and having to spend time to import.
