I made a snapcast (controller) app and released a very early version on openrepos.
It's a clone of the original snapcast android app.
Unlike the original app it doesn't include the client. But I built it (and also the server) for SailfishOS and it's located here. Here is a thread on configuration and usage of the client and server.
