Alarm clock doesn't alert when it should. Instead it starts alerting few minutes after the screen has been unlocked.

Example of the problem:

  1. Set alarm to next morning 8:00 at evening
  2. Leave the device plugged in to a charger over night
  3. Wake up at 10:00, no alarm has gone off
  4. Unlock the screen
  5. The phone starts alerting few minutes later, showing the original alarm time and the current time

Few times device has also started alerting over an hour too late from the original alarm time.

This started happening on my device about an week ago while I have had the device for about 2 months. I'm running 1.0.2.5, timezone Finland, Helsinki.

@Jonni - Do you use also automatic update of the time/date?

With this setting the alarms (even multiple alarms) works just fine at least with my Jolla

Same OS version and used it since December 20th of 2013.

@Kari Yes, automatic time update is enabled on the device.

Maybe disabled tohd service could have something to do with this? Disabling it seems to slow down the call timer: https://together.jolla.com/question/11646/bug-call-timer-slows-down-considerably-when-screen-is-off/

I have also the tohd service disabled first masking the service and then stoping it.

so far I haven't missed any alarms

I will test the multiple morning alarms to see how they work e.g. five with one minute delay on each.

Jonni, does your alarms go off late in 1.0.3.8?

This seems very similar to https://together.jolla.com/question/9909/alarm-clock-was-late/ - duplicate?

That problem seems to be about consecutive alarms not working when setting alarms too close each other. Of course the root cause might be the same.
