Steps to repeat

  • Go to localbitcoins.com
  • Register on the site
  • Activate mobile two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator based) in your user profile
  • Logout, log in
  • When the website asks for two-factor authentication code, pressing the input field does not cause the web browser to bring up the soft keyboard, making it impossible to log in to the site

Alternative web browsers work fine, the problem is with stock Jolla browser.

i don't want to register for the site, so I can't reproduce it, but is that input-field maybe in the corner of the page or next to any border? because those are notoriously hard/impossible to hit - in that case it might be the same issue as this one

No, it's clearcut bug where you cannot get the keyboard activated even if you zoom directly in the <input type="test"/> control. I don't have Jolla test device anymore, but I try create a standalone test case when I get one.

I have had this error happening occasionally on one of my regular internet page. In my case page reload or browser restart has fixed the problem.

Happens to me as well, sometimes. Very annoying. Even on together I had to post a comment without the possibility to correct a typo. :-D
