hi everyone, wanted to create an ambience but i don't know the exact resolution and the image is always zoomed in the final result. If i select the ambience from the gallery i have no problems at all.

can someone point me out in the right direction?

unfortunately that does not answer my question as all of the suggested resolutions (2048x2048 included) will result in a cropped ambience.

any idea?

It's a square so when you rotate your phone it fills the screen.

From memory when you rotate your phone it has "bars" down each side when using a portrait image from gallery.

I'd like the option of locking the background to an image 2048*???? so it didn't rotate the background when in landscape. Which is what I think you're asking for too

yes, well i'm even asking not to have my picture so cropped in portrait as 2048x2048 seems not to do the job...
