I recommend you to make a backup of any data you want to save using your old nokia. Then follow instructions of this article: Formatting and encrypting a card

Hi. Forget all the answers below. Search this forum for fat32 or download the exe from here. It works well on my Xperia X for 128Gb.

It's strange, if sailfish doesn't recognize your sdcard because it has an incompatible format, you can format it. I have 128 Gb sdcard as you and I formatted it from my xperia with no problems

Another tip: Xperia x with sailfish use old linux kernel 3.10 and that contains bug that Xperia x is unable to detect some of the memorycards.

And bad news are that probably Jolla not going to update old kernel for xperia x. If you just want have access to memory card via xperia x, you could reflash back to android and then it will be detected due android have implemented new linux kernel 4.9.

One note more: Currently you can actually use all memory cards in Xperia device with sailfish installed, and it's newer xperia xa2 models that have newer linux 4.4 kernel.

Back to your problem; I cannot be sure is the reason old kernel or unsupported exfat file system so you should research first.
