I think we miss a weather application.
When minimized the cover show the forecasts of current day and with the cover action one can move to next day or come back to today

I've written a small app "Simple weather" and it's in the Jolla store. I'll consider adding the functionality you suggest to the app, currently the cover shows the current weather and allows user to refresh the info. I want to keep the defaults simple, but I hope to provide many features which can be enabled from settings for users in need of them.

There are two weather applications already availabe in Jolla Store - maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but I'd guess more will show up even without requesting, as they are very popular.

MeeCast is already being worked on porting to SailfishOS by @vasvlad. It is one of the best weather applications out there. So in a month or two(I hope sooner!) we will have it available! :)
