This is relly awesome. I have been looking for a replacement screen for long time. Recently got one from ExPLIT and it has been so good to be back sailing with my Jolla. I really don't want another device. I'm also happy to give some support to community events. Thanks once more ExPLIT!

Saw this on TMO but you haven't replied any of my messages there. Even though I am in the process of getting another Jolla Phone, I still need this display module and touch so my old Jolla phone would come to life again.

Does anyone have some replacing instructions? Or can you share in few words your experience ? I've never replaced a phone screen, so any info/advice is valuable.

Disassembly instructions you can find on ifixit.com

This is straightforward, all parts are mounted on top display module.

Look on this wonderfull German website: Sailfishmods.de

thanks, seen. the key is that everything is mounted on the screen I feared a screen glued on a some frame, glad it's not the case. Waiting for my screen to come.

There is nothing glued. Quisda made the JP-1301 very well for Jolla. Plastic Frawe is screwed on the Display module. The only thing where you need to be carefull is the upper speaker. You need carefully remove it from the old display module and put it on the new display module. Thats the most tricky part.

Replacement went smoothly. The upper speaker really is tricky due to the magnet and the one sticky side. I am so happy that my Jolla Phone is now fresh as ever :-D Thank you VERY much @ExPLIT for selling the displays!

I bought one of these display modules from ExPLIT early this year, but my Jolla 1 phone died this summer, so I might give somebody else the chance to use it.

Original packaging (I never unpacked it), original price, original conditions (e.g. meet me in the Cologne area (much preferred) or pay for the postage).

@bergwiesel, I added contact info to above answer.
Meeting or posting?

Hello Olf, I can't see any contact details at the given link even after logging in. I'm interrsted too in the display module for my J1. I'm currently working in Halle (Saale), so shipping would be necessary, but no problem paying for that.

Hi! I couldn't figure out how to contact you and need postage, too. Please contact me via z0ldc48hccs@temp.mailbox.org I guess it is easier that way. Thanks in advance :)
