So, the bug is solved, thanks to the user @noomad

I changed this lines in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/planet_vndr/gemini

key <AC09>  { symbols[Group1] = [     Cyrillic_de,      Cyrillic_DE,          backslash,         Lstroke ] };

to

key <AC09>  { symbols[Group1] = [     Cyrillic_de,      Cyrillic_DE,                 slash,         Lstroke ] };

and

key <AC09>  { symbols[Group2] = [          l,          L,          backslash,         Lstroke ] };

to

key <AC09>  { symbols[Group2] = [          l,          L,          slash,         Lstroke ] };
