Aptoid failing to install does not necessarily mean Android support is not working. Just that Aptoid can't be installed. Try some other App such as here.we.go from Jolla Store or go to f-droid.org and download their client App (which provides you with a good open source market btw.). If neither work then something is off.

F-Droid is also available from the Jolla Store.

Either ask the seller or buy a new license.

May be a bit stupid question, but have you installed "Android Support" from Jolla store?

'Aptoide' and Android support a two different things. Look for 'Android(TM)-Support' by Jolla

hi, i searched it but I dont find android tm, but only aptoide. is the only solution to buy the licence?

Ah, I missed that you bought the phone with SFOS on it...
Well I'm not sure but I think you'll have to buy the license.
Search on this forum though. There are a few questions about transfering licenses Additionally there's Jollas Zendesk to ask
