I have a problem with the subject. I bought an XA2 was SIM locked. I've got the unlock code from the network administrator and I can use the phone wit any kind of sim card. I enabled Developer mode and also enabled OEM unlocking. After that I entered into Service menu > Service info > Configuration. At Rooting Status Bootloader unlock allowed says No.

Is there any possibility to unlock the bootloader?

Finally I bought another XA2 device and already flashed SailfishOS. So I have an Xperia XA2 H3113 for sale (with locked bootloader). :)

Unfortunately i don't think you can.

developer.sony.com have the following page, which outlines the method you used to check, and that seems to be conclusive: https://developer.sony.com/develop/open-devices/get-started/unlock-bootloader/how-to-unlock-bootloader/#bootloader_guide

Going back to the Xperia X, it was certainly the case that a device which had been locked by a network was to be avoided as you could not unlock the bootloader.

This appears to be the case here too :(.
