Why when I turn off my bluetooth headset or car radio my Jolla automatically stops playing the music within media app?
This is normal behaviour for any smartphone, and actualy it is desired. It will also stop playing when you unplug a wired headphone.

Perhaps to avoid embarrassment just in case you're playing Justin Bieber :) The sound would output from the device speaker when no bluetooth is connected.
