How do I oneway sync caldav/carddav from device to server?

Hi,
My Nextcloud server melted and I had to recreate everything. But the only device with an actual copy of my contacts and calendar is my XperiaX. If you try to sync the old account with the new on the server the new entry on the server will have precedence. Or rather the new nothingness on the server will have precedence.
How do I get my calendar and contacts from my device to the server? Is there a terminal command for one-way sync from device to server? Is there a way to export everything as a VCS/ICS file? The only one-way sync in settings is to the device which is less than worthless in my case.
Would be very grateful for any help.
