[bug] Android notifications appear twice XA2

I've been having issues with Xperia XA2 where android notification in particular Whatsapp would display the notifications twice, essentially duplicating everything which is rather annoying. I had this issue with 3.0.1 as well. Is anyone else experiencing any issues like me?

Telegram does the same both on 3.0.1 and 3.0.2
