minor [feature-request]: apps-menu & account-menu as pulley

In settings the app-menu and the account-menu are at the VERY bottom. Please make it (also) available as pulley-option in the settings.

No point in adding them as pulley. Place them on top with a User label and everything will be fine.

What is a user label?

On the right side of each section there is a label for each section. Ie Look and feel Connectivity etc. Create a new one called User and put them there.
