[Feature request] Useful two-way synchronization of contacts

Feature request: Useful two-way synchronization of contacts of an Exchange account, even if there are many (hundreds) contacts. Just like iOS, Android and Windows Phone (RIP) do without delays.
A two-way synchronization of an Exchange account on my Xperia X takes forever (several minutes). And it's reproducible because of the contacts. The more contacts there are, the longer the synchronization takes. Every time, not only during initial synchronization. Even if you only want to synchronize a specific e-mail folder.
