Pin codes PUK code you can get from your phone operator. Forgotten devicelock code you need to send device to Care for reflashing.
@ranisto What is the name of the type of the request that I need to submit at Jolla Zendesk for reflashing ?

I understood a factory reset might the only way to recover from that situation.
The user-guide says the following:
If you exceed the number of tries for the Unlock code, as a security measure, your data becomes inaccessible. You will need to contact Care to have your device reset.
