Jolla Store, Updates and Apps Not Available in Some Countries?

As the title suggests, are the Jolla services available in all countries?
I'm currently travelling overseas and I'm having difficulty accessing any of the Jolla services, even when i have a good Wi-Fi connection with fast speeds (50MB/Sec up/down). Store and updates are not available for download for some weeks now. Connection to weather app is very sketchy and the Sailfish browser never loads any site - everything just times out. That said, sometimes I can access web pages using Firefox latest via Alien Dalvik.
If they're not available in all countries, can we have a list that can't access Jolla services?
