Latest source code of sailfish-browser?

The sailfish-browser source code available on github https://github.com/sailfishos/sailfish-browser is version 1.16.2 while Sailfish 3.0.3 Hossa integrates version 1.17.13-1.11.6.jolla -- 1.18.7-1.13.7.jolla.
In addition, the github repository refers to sources of libraries whose versions are not the ones packaged with 3.0.3:
- embedlite-components: on github: 1.0.0, in 3.0.3 Hossa: 1.19.35-1.6.1.jolla -- 1.20.5-1.7.2.jolla
- qtmozembed: on github: 1.13.2, in 3.0.3 Hossa: 1.13.31-1.3.2.jolla -- 1.14.2-1.5.4.jolla
- embedlite-components-qt5: on github: 1.0.0, in 3.0.3 Hossa: 1.19.35-1.6.1.jolla -- 1.20.5-1.7.2.jolla
Where can we find the latest sources? I'm asking because I thought Jolla wanted to publish sailfish-browser source code to get external contributions.
