I don't know if current Amazfish smartwatch SFOS app could eventually implement your Huawei watch. However, the integration for Huami Amazfit Bip and Cor works excellently already with Amazfish app. Perhaps you could check this out in Openrepos.net! To my understanding this is the best working smartwatch app available so far.
