Problem with "call ended" notification

After I end the call there will be couple of seconds delay before the "call ended" notification will appear in the top of the screen. If I continue to use the phone then there's no problem with that. Problems will arise when I end the call (there is already "call again" button on the screen) and I lock the screen (or should I say turn the screen off because I don't use device lock) then after couple of seconds the screen/phone will turn on again to show the "call ended" notification. And if it happens at the moment I'm putting the phone in the pocket, the phone will start making phone calls and do other unwanted stuff in the pocket. It have been happened several times and it is really annoying.
