How to delete an activated device (incl. IMEI) in jolla account - devices, in oder to sell the device to a third person?

I want to sell my XA2 to a third person. I've done factory reset but the device including the IMEI is still connected/bound to my jolla account. I suppose this will cause a problem if the new owner will try to login with his account credentials on the device, becouse the imei is still bound to my old account. Do i have to completele delete my jolla account (but then i lose my license) or is there a possibility to delete my activated device in my jolla account? Thx
