I'm porting sfos to new device. when wlan ready I can access jolla store on device but cannot find aliendalvik there.

Is there any instruction for it? my sfos version is 3.0.3.9.

As far as I know it's not available for ported phones, only officially supported ones.

some devices with sfos on xda support android apps. have no idea how they managed that.

They are most probably not using Jollas Aliendalvik. There where some efforts to get Android Apps running using Anbox, but I have no idea how far these got and what is involved to get this running on a device

As answered by @raketti only officially supported devices have aliendalvik due to license restrictions.

I'd consider this a duplicate question. Please look at this thread about Android Support on Fairphone 2 to find an answer and a couple of alternatives.
