Tool to flash SFOS X
As I read the threads about problems with flashing SFOS on Xperia devices, I got one question: Jolla, why isn't there a tool to flash SFOS? Wasn't there a plan to develop it? I would be a big help for people without a lot of computer espacially Linux knowledge. And even if the flashing process is not really difficult, people are afraid when they read the instructions and refuse to do it. That makes no sense for me.
For me manual worked fine. Just have to read it and follow carefully. And if choosing I would rather have bugs fixed first.

coderus ( 2019-07-10 12:17:21 +0200 )editit's true, but I am afraid the Jolla team has a long list of higher prio stuff to do, and they can't do everything. Just look how long they are chewing on the XA2 OS and it still is beta stage.
