Call alert sound is very loud, even distorted

Whenever I'm calling someone, the alert sound is very loud, sound like the sound is even distorted because it is too loud for the earpiece. The volume of the alert sound doesn't change when changing volume by buttons. Also the call rejected -sound is extremely loud. This (possible?) bug has appeared during this month, it wasn't there yet after the last update. This is very annoying as I cannot keep the phone near to my ear when it's alerting.

I'm having a similar problem. I get a sound with lots of crackling in the earpiece, both on alerting and during the call. In my case keeping the volume as low as possible reduces the problem. A discussion about the problem in Finnish: http://foorumi.jollasuomi.fi/index.php/topic,190.0.html

Also having some minor problems with earpiece too. Hoping these issues are software related bugs, otherwise I must sent the phone in for repairs.

I have no problems with the earpiece during the call, even more confusing because of that. When the call is answered, the adjusting the volume works just fine and everything is okay.
