Hello, I downloaded HERE WeGo from the Jolla Store on my Jolla 1 (Sailfish 3.1.0.11) and the app installed without issues. However I'm facing these problems: - when trying to download maps it reports no space on the internal memory (0.00GB available), therefore I can't get maps on the device and use the application in offline mode; - the application takes a looong time to start if Wifi is disabled (data is also disabled); if I switch to airplane mode the application starts quickly) The application version si 2.0.11510. I've already tried to reset the phone (and went through several updates) to no avail: both problems still exist. Are those known problems with HERE WeGo on Jolla 1? Does anybody know if there's a working version that still works with my device?

thank you

Running 3.1.0.11 and needed to go back to 2.0.11457 (which I had available) on Jolla 1, as latest versions need too much memory and won't even find position. Had never tried to run offline but can confirm this version never seems to start although offline maps downloaded.

You'd better use the native OSMScout and PureMaps or something similar from openrepos.net. It works flawlessly and you can store the maps on a SD-Card of e.g. 64GB, which is officially supported by SailfishOS. The only thing is, that you can only read it directly in a Linux PC, since it's formatted with ext4...

I also have Pure Maps installed, but unfortunately it does not do very well with house numbers, and car navigation (at least for me) is pretty bad.

I just had a look on one of my Jolla 1 phones (3.1.0.11) where HERE WeGo is installed. I have installed version 2.0.12823 from apkpure.com. This store currently doesn't offer a newer version. Maybe it is the latest one for this Android Version, however not sure about that.

For five countries I have downloaded the offline maps and updated them few minutes ago. The app also reports 7.64 GB free internal storage. So no issue there.

However I can confirm that starting the app without Wifi or mobile data indeed takes extremely long. Didn't notice that before since the JP1 is not my daily phone anymore (even though I still like the form factor).

This is what I ended up doing. Now before launching the app I temporarily switch to airplane mode
