Where are the sailfish-utilities? [answered]

Hi alltogether! On https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203837576-Sailfish-Utilities i found good tools for my sailfish device. But i can't find the package/app neither in the jolla store nore elsewhere as described in the article from May 2019. Any idea where the app can be found? Is the app delete since last update 3.1.0.11? Thanks
The package is called "Sailfish Utilities" and can be found at the jolla store.

William ( 2019-09-08 11:10:58 +0200 )editOk. Not in my Store on a Inoi R7. Is it possible that the store content depends on the device? Has anybody the Sailfish Utilities on an Inoi R7? Is the developer mode necessary or developer tools to find or install the Utilities?
