hi all guys, I wanted to ask you if you have any news about the support of sailfish 3.x related to USB-C HDMI support. Can someone help me?

I have read the following article : https://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-XZ2-Compact/USB-C-HDMI-support-Why-has-this-been-disabled/td-p/1327339 but I do not understand if the sony has inhibited support at the hardware level or only at the software level and in this case there would be good possibilities.

Do not suggest implementing not existing HDMI out feature for Sailfish OS on device not supporting HDMI out itself.
