Xperia X SFOS 3.1.0.11 caller screen displayed considerably late [duplicate]

Hi, my Xperia X needs ~30 sec. to open the caller screen to show an incomming call. Of course nobody rings that long, so I usually miss the calls. How can I get of rid of this?
