Can't update or install apps from openrepos [answered]
Since the update to 3.2.12 I can't install app updates for open repos apps. It is also impossible to install new apps from openrepos, from storeman app as well as from website. The error prompt "Specified path '/var/tmp/TmpDir.3tHc6T' is not a directory: dir///vart7mp/TmpDir.3tHc6T" appears. Did anybody experience the same issue or do you know whht is wrong? Thank you for your assistance!
Have you tried 'su-devel pkcon refresh' that's usually needed after os update for openrepos to work again, but not sure if enough in this case

Kekskopf ( 2019-11-18 15:49:02 +0200 )editRefreshong is not enough to get the storeman GUI working; however problem is not that severe as you can install anything from openrepos also via console/pkcon when you have enebled the relevant repository in storeman...
I first thought it is a bug in the repos themselves but it only seems to be a problem in the way storeman invokes the install process.
juiceme ( 2019-11-18 15:49:34 +0200 )edit@juiceme what do you mean? Storeman GUI works-for-me usually after update with just bugging out on update/install, pkcon refresh fixes that. Are you experiencing other bugs?
szopin ( 2019-11-18 16:16:11 +0200 )editoops @szopin you're right there it seems to work now.
For some reason I thought it doesn't work (maybe I had some transient problem back then?) so I had not even tried it... since pkcon works anyway.
thanks!
