Rewind & FFWD functions to Media player

I listen to a lot of podcast which may be as long as two or even three hours. With current timeline UI it is impossible to go back just few minutes if I need to. Please add proper rewind & fast forwards functions. It could be done so easily even without adding extra buttons: just add 'press and hold'-feature on current previous & next buttons. Although separate buttons would be just as good, or perhaps better option. Thank you!
maybe you could insert sth like a rubberbandfunction to the play/pause button: sliding it to the left means rewind and the more you slide, the faster it rewinds. and vice versa for fast forward. i guess that'll work better in landscape mode…
