[BUG] [3.2.1.*] Android App sound with glitches

In some apps in android, from 3.2.1.19 i have glitches (as on old linux PC pulseaudio worked with crackling and low sound quality due to lack of resources allocated by the system).
i have problems with sound in DeusEx android game

18.12.2019 - sound quality still very low, cant play my favorite game =(

The same behavior can be heard in the android game Through the Ages. Music is playing without issues, but other sounds play with several pauses and echoes.
