Dear Sailors, Wacom just released a nice specs tablet able to run Windows, Mac OS and with a compability to Android. Couldn't that be a candidate for an port of the Sailfish OS image of the Jolla or Aigo Tablet? It seems quite open and also easily to buy. As for the Pinetablet we still have to wait, and all the otherctablets are wether just available in Russia or are old hardware like the Jolla and Aigo Tablet. Also Pine Tablet is not a that good hardware, whereas this tablet seems to have quite good specs. How do you think is the probability to see Sailfish OS on such a device? I would just love it. And if nothing else comes to the market i will invest my money into a Pinetab :)

The Wacom ONE is merely a display with a digitizer.

There is no possibility of running any OS on that device.

This. However, if Jolla were to implement some multi-display or display clone functionality, the Wacom one could be a good external screen. That said, this won't ever be a GIMP machine, so it's really more "why" than "how."
