Hi there. This question is about 5 years old. But until now i didn't find an appropiate solution. gpg/gnupg for email enryption would be very usefull. I used it on the linux box frequently. I use Sailfish without android app of course.

Specifically the answer https://together.jolla.com/question/887/gpg-for-email-and-other-stuff/?answer=155818#post-id-155818 there and its comments.

Until this is finalised, one may use K9 Mail with OpenKeychain (both are Android apps.).

Thank You. I really read the answer before posting the feature request. I don't have and don't want android support for the SFOS device. So K9 and the others I knew from android are not the solution. I meat feature-request for the stock email client and hope that someone from Jolla read this. The SFOS device is full of security features but email encryption is missing - wondering!
