Browser scrolls away when changing orientation

Landscape mode is awesome, but if you change half way through a page it scrolls away from where you were reading. It would appear the browser counts the "distance scrolled" in screen heights and then converts to pixels or whatever. So when height and width is swapped.. you only get 9/16 as far down the page (or the opposite way, 16/9). So after a few screen heights of reading, if you change orientation you wont see anything of what you were looking at.

This was also present on the N9.
