[3.3.0] Is the "open app" animation laggier?

I might just be me, but i get the distinct feeling that bringing up apps from the multitasking view is much less fluid than it used to be. It doesn't happen all the time, only like half of the time, and once an app has been used recently it seems to be better. The transition feels noticeably slower, but is probably only running at a lower FPS.
Anyone else seeing this? Is it just my phone acting up?
What phone do you have?, please update your tags to reflect device type.
I can't see any difference on my Jolla1.
