I know it is not "native" but Opera Mini from the Yandex store works in the Android emulation.
Thank you but for your work around, but is not solution for me, I uninstalled Android support, i want only native Sailfish (too many unsafe app with Android) and i buy Jolla with SailfishOS not for use work around Opera for Android ! Maybe, i hope would be soon a true web browser for low bandwith and low data volume highly optimized

But it cannot change the size of pages. OperaMini is server-sided rendering and compression, that's what allows this kind of low data volume

I believe Jolla has extreme development power massed in their ranks, but I'm afraid they won't be able to achieve soon what Opera have achieved with Mini, they are just years of experience ahead in mobile browsing. Also, what OperaMini does requires maintaining large data-centers for compression etc.
