Feature-request: customize low battery notifications

The same way ambiances allow to customize the ringtone or the alarm tune, I wish the low battery notification could be customized.
If not in the ambiance, at least in the settings. The current low battery is not nearly loud enough (especially compared to the "new email" tune, that one is LOUD).
Other customization possibilities that would be nice are the threshold level to start the notifications and the frequency (per level/time).
A good place for this would be the battery section in settings, right now it's almost completely empty.
I would even like to get an e-mail when the battery is low. No kidding: I have e-mail in front of me the entire day. But with the great battery life of my Jolla I do not have a ritual of charging my phone every night. So it can happen that I forget it. An e-mail reminder would help.
