Volume settings during phone call [duplicate]

I experienced that if I like to silent the active phone call (via HW "minus" button until "silent" mode) there is still some sound coming, whether from earspeaker or from loudspeaker - so it's definitely not silent. Could you please fix this?

For both headphones and speakers.
