First Flash SMS not displayed

I'm receiving Flash SMS with one time passwords for authentication. On a freshly booted Jolla, the first Flash SMS are not displayed. The SMS notification sound is played, but the SMS contend does not pop up on the display. Easy reproducible: boot phone, receive Flash SMS.

From the second and forward message all Flash SMS are displayed properly.

confirm this behavior. Bug still not cleared on 1.0.7.18

Flash SMS is the same thing as Class 0 SMS. It is a special text message that is not saved to the device but only shown on the display.

Sometimes I don't even receive flash sms and I need to reboot to receive flash sms (and I confirm that after the reboot, I have the notification but no message the first time).
