Bug Sailfish emulator not refresh repository [answered]

I really not understand why pkcon not work in sailfish emulator. I'm set developer password, connect by ssh to emulator run pkcon refresh. And get this:

But if i'm run curl --head http://releases.sailfishos.org/sdk/latest/nemo/adaptation-x86-common/i486/repodata/repomd.xml

It's fine and not need any proxy. Also tcpdump not show me anything request to proxy port or http port
