Applications are named by their creator(s). Why should users be allowed to change the name?

closed, the icon symbol is clear enough of RSS feed ! anyway, like if you remote server name is n.x.y.z you would prefer a familiar name alias "office" not change name, but add alias, sorry for confusion :-)

if you have developer mode enabled you can change the the Name in the file /usr/share/applications/harbour-tidings.desktop

Change this line:

Name=Tidings

If you don't want to enable the developer mode, then there is no way to change names in the application grid.
