Power Dialer app-request [not relevant]

The main purpose of the phone is a make calls. Basic dialer in a modern day smartphones are not for power users. Automated outbound call on Excel list. Helps if you have to call projects. Androids got it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobilepowerdialerskinny&hl=en But not working in Jolla.....
Funny that Dialer system have not chance since gsm.
That's a sales and marketing tool. Let's not make anything like it part of the standard Sailfish build, eh?

But some people would probably need something like this to get food on the table. Since the normal dialler seems to be an app then why not ask for your CTI tool as an app that would work in parallel with the normal dialler? You wouldn't want to mix the customers with the contacts anyway? Well... some customers are nice. :) The salesperson really deserves a Jolla...

vattuvarg ( 2014-02-17 15:13:48 +0200 )editWhat's wrong with the app request, that it is downvoted so heavily? It is not a request for a call center app doing random calls but just for an app working through a list of given phone numbers – one does not want to enter manually.
PS: Yes, I hate these call centers calling on an automated basis and then most probably transfer the call to an agent only after I picked up the phone. But such feature you cannot implement on the handset, this must be implemented on the telco server.
