If you want to have azerty layout on FingerTerm keyboard :

cd ~/.config/FingerTerm
curl https://raw.github.com/nemomobile/fingerterm/master/data/french.layout >french.layout

Now you just have to go to "paramaters->VKB layout..." and select "french"

There is the same HOWTO for German language here. I will ask the author to edit his post and convert it to wiki, then we could have all language there.
