When you are using the stopwatch and "accidentally" swipe from left to right and get back to Clock app, there is apparently no way to return to stopwatch?

If you use pulley menu and select stopwatch you will get a fresh stopwatch and your earlier started times are gone.

When you swipe to multitasking screen or events screen, you can always go back to your running stopwatch.

Maybe there could there be a choice to swipe back to stopwatch from Clock app or make so that pulley menu takes you back to your running stopwatch.

EDIT 29.05.14. While using Stopwatch one should be able to set or change an Alarm or Timer without stopping the Stopwatch. Didn't want to make a new post since this is so related and this post has only got 7 votes (?!?) until now.

I have also found out this one strange little bug: when clicking on an existing timer, it sometimes starts to show negative seconds. When stopped and started again it works fine.

Maybe selecting stopwatch from pulley menu it could ask if I want to continue with the existing one or start fresh.

this also means one cannot use timer or alarm when the stopwatch is running. multitasking fail. not yet fixed in 1.0.4.20

Agree, this is annoying. The stopwatch should be persistent and should be showed in the overview (like counter and alarm) and maybe allow multiple stopwatches. The counter even works after closing the app, this would be nice for the stopwatch too. I've lost some important times only due to swiping back.
