How can I link my Jolla accound, that is established on my Jolla phone in Settings Account to the Jolla Together app, that I have newly installed?
After all, the login specifications are the same.

there is no such possibility unfortunately (yet at least). Jolla Together app needs to login to togerher portal like any other app (e.g. facebook or twitter app to their own portals). And actually jolla2gether app does not have authentication implemented itself but it's using the same browser based login what you need to do with any browser e.g. with your laptop.
But ones you login in app buildin webview browser, it will remember you login quite long time so next time you use the app you do not need to login anymore.
